Companion Animal Hospital is a solo-practitioner hospital, owned and operated by E. Lee Duke III, DVM. We have been at our present location for almost 30 years, and have served over 20,000 clients since 1993. Our extensive experience and single-doctor practice mean knowledge of your pet's medical history, the most consistent care, and ultimately, the highest-quality medicine.

Companion Animal Hospital is located in Thonotosassa, just 2 miles from Interstate 75. From Tampa, take Fowler Eastward to US HWY 301. Take US 301 North (left) from the stoplight, and make your next two immediate right-hand turns, which will lead you into our parking lot. We are at the corner of Fowler and US 301.
